Our entire family loved these. Already dreaming up what kind of sheet pan quesadillas we can make next, it’ll be hard to top these Big Mac quesadillas though 😋
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a large sheet pan with cooking spray or butter. Lay the tortillas over the sheet pan, overlapping and keeping half the tortilla on the sheet (keep ½ off for folding at the end). Mix all of the special sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Drizzle on top or use for dipping. Set aside. In a skillet, cook the chopped onions. Add the ground beef and cook completely. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread the meat mixture on top of the quesadillas. Sprinkle cheese on top of the meat. Add pickles and some special sauce (not all). Fold the tortillas over so everything is covered. Smash down with another sheet pan and cook for 15 minutes until quesadilla top is golden brown. Let cool. Serve with extra sauce and lettuce.
